    Welcome to Kith & Wild. By using our website and booking our experiences, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these carefully before making a booking.

    Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
    We accept payments via Stripe.
    Any outstanding balance must be paid prior to arrival.

  4. Pricing & Changes
    Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
    If an event is canceled by Kith & Wild, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  5. Code of Conduct
    Guests are expected to behave responsibly and follow event guidelines.
    We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests who engage in disruptive or unsafe behaviour.

  6. Liability Disclaimer
    Participation in our activities is at your own risk.
    We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses unless due to negligence on our part.

  7. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation by the Customer
    Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will receive a full refund.
    Cancellations made 14-29 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
    Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.
    No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

  2. Cancellation by Kith & Wild
    If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, low attendance), customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  3. Rescheduling
    Customers may request to reschedule their booking up to 14 days before the event, subject to availability.

    We collect personal data (name, email, payment details) for booking and customer communication purposes.
    Data is collected via our website, booking system, and marketing tools.
