Whether you come with old friends or meet new ones, this experience is all about slowing down, unwinding, and embracing the beauty of the wild. Nestled among towering trees, you'll spend your time stretching out in hammocks, soaking in a wood-fired sauna, enjoying restorative yoga, and indulging in soothing massages. Fireside storytelling, breathwork, and meditation sessions will guide you into a state of pure relaxation, allowing you to reconnect with yourself and the natural world.

From learning fire-lighting skills to wandering through the forest on a guided flora and fauna walk, you'll feel a deeper connection to the land while enjoying hearty communal meals prepared by our on-site chef. As the evening settles, live acoustic music, warm drinks, and starry skies create the perfect atmosphere to share stories and laughter by the fire. Whether you're here to recharge, reflect, or simply soak in the peace of the woodland, this retreat offers the perfect balance of gentle adventure and deep relaxation.

11:30 AM – Welcome & Woodland Settling

  • Guests arrive and are greeted with a refreshing herbal tea or fresh juice.

  • Introduction to the site, facilities, and retreat schedule.

12:00 PM – Fire Lighting & Nature Skills

  • Learn fire-lighting techniques using natural materials.

  • A hands-on session on reading nature’s signs—understanding the flora and fauna around us.

1:30 PM – Communal Hearty Lunch (prepared by the on-site chef)

  • A delicious, wholesome meal enjoyed together in a relaxed setting.

3:00 PM – Activity Choice:

  • Fire-Side Skills – Learn traditional fire-making methods and how to manage a lasting fire.

  • Hammock Relaxation – Sink into hammocks for deep rest, 

  • guided breathwork techniques.

  • Woodland Meditation Walk – A silent, mindful walk to connect with the forest.

5:30 PM – Sauna & Deep Relaxation

  • Wood-fired sauna experience – detox and unwind in the warmth of nature.

  • Cold water therapy (optional) for those feeling adventurous.

7:00 PM – Communal Dinner Under the Stars (prepared by the on-site chef)

  • Nourishing, hearty meal enjoyed together around a long rustic table.

8:30 PM – Fireside Entertainment & Connection

  • Storytelling & live acoustic music by the fire.

  • Optional: Guided reflection or gratitude circle.

  • Stargazing & warm drinks before bed.

10:00 PM – Rest & Hammock Time

7:30 AM – Sunrise Yoga & Breathwork

  • A slow, grounding yoga session to awaken the body and mind.

  • Breathwork for energy and clarity.

8:30 AM – Communal Breakfast Feast (prepared by the on-site chef)

  • A nourishing breakfast shared with the group.

10:00 AM – Activity Choice:

  • Guided Flora & Fauna Walk – Learn about the trees, plants, and wildlife around us.

  • Wild Swim

  • Meditation & Self-Reflection Time – Sit in nature, journal, or simply be.

  • Massage & Restorative Hammock Time – Optional mini-massages and a final deep relaxation.

12:00 PM – Closing Ceremony & Light Lunch

  • Sharing reflections, setting intentions, and grounding before heading home.

  • A light meal to close the retreat.

1:00 PM – Departure

  • Farewells and an invitation to return for future retreats.
